Meet Frances
As a certified ADHD and Executive Function Coach, I work with adults, students, and parents to harness their strengths. We develop personalized strategies and build confidence in managing ADHD and executive function challenges. My approach is rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and the belief that everyone deserves to find systems that work for their unique brain.
My ADHD Journey: From Late Diagnosis to Coaching
Though I’ve lived with ADHD my whole life, I wasn’t diagnosed until adulthood. That discovery was a turning point—it helped me make sense of my experiences and led to a deeper sense of self-acceptance. I know firsthand the challenges of navigating life with an ADHD brain in a world designed for neurotypical thinking. This is especially true when executive function struggles feel overwhelming. This personal journey fuels my passion for coaching. I know firsthand how powerful it is to reframe old narratives and find strategies that truly fit. I am passionate about helping you do the same!
A Background Education and Passion for Learning

My path to ADHD coaching stems from my background in education. I worked as an elementary teacher, school principal, and Faculty at North Seattle College. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of learning differences, motivation, and the importance of meeting people where they are.
To deepen my expertise and learn alongside skilled ADHD professionals, I’ve spent the past year coaching at the Hallowell Todaro ADHD Center. There, I work with college students and newly diagnosed adults. We develop practical tools for time management, organization, motivation, and emotional regulation.
The Heart of My Work
As a mom of two daughters and part of a neurodivergent family, parenting continues to teach me humility, compassion, and the beauty of growth. I’m energetic, optimistic, and love to laugh. Movement and mindfulness keep me grounded—whether it’s biking, swimming, practicing yoga, or playing volleyball. My brand of ADHD loves variety. I am willing to try almost anything. I love a good adventure, and if those things are with the people I love, I’m all in.
I love coaching because it aligns with my natural strengths—curiosity, a love of learning, and a deep appreciation for connection, variety, and challenge. Every client brings a unique story. Helping people navigate their ADHD with clarity and self-compassion lights me up.
