How Can ADHD Coaching Support You?
I work with people across the life span to foster awareness of their special brand of ADHD, provide psycho-education, and tackle the areas that matter most to each client.
ADHD Coaching for Adults
Are you tired of doing the same thing over and over again and succumbing to a negative internal narrative about yourself and what is possible in your life? Whether you are newly diagnosed, seeing your ADHD symptoms through a new lens, or ADHD is impacting you differently due to your stage in life, I can help you move forward with intentionality and confidence.
ADHD Coaching provides external structure and individualized strategies for living well with ADHD. Together we change your behavior and monitor your progress to keep you on track toward your goals. I have learned that ADHD success is a team sport. I’d love to be on your team!
Self- Realization
By learning about your ADHD, you will build awareness, implement habits that last, increase confidence, and feel empowered to take charge of your life.
Task Initiation and
Prioritization
Together we will tap into motivation, decrease procrastination, discern important tasks, build organization strategies, and increase productivity.
Emotional Regulation
Reduce overwhelm and stress by learning about your brain, strategies to reset, and self-compassion. Harness intense emotions to fuel creativity and achieve goals.
Executive Function Coaching for Students
Teens desire more independence and want to make their own decisions. They may naturally have the urge to push back or get frustrated with parents who are trying to help. This, in turn, adds more tension and stress in the home and your family relationships. That’s where an ADHD Coach comes in.
Young adults with ADHD often find the transition to college or out of the nest to be when qualities of their ADHD become barriers. They need to build the ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot independent from their family.
Working directly on executive functioning, life skills and building confidence with an ADHD Coach can improve the parent-child-family dynamic. I can help your child take more ownership of their lives, understand their ADHD at a deeper level, set and reach their goals, improve self-advocacy and identify strategies that work for them.
Clients will:
- Learn about their brain and personal executive functioning inventory.
- Build essential habits, routines and skills to support ADHD.
- Develop tools to regulate emotions and mindset in healthy ways.
- Dissect and decrease procrastination. Once we know the “why,” the how is comes more easily.
- Increase self-confidence by celebrating successes, owning strengths and fostering self-compassion.
